Our Story

From the hardwood to a higher standard

Every clean floor tells a story. Ours starts in Danville, Virginia. Long before the arenas and the bright lights, Johnny Newman was a kid from Danville — a George Washington High Eagle who learned early that talent opens the door, but discipline is what keeps you in the room.

That lesson carried him from a small Virginia city to the biggest stage in basketball: a 16-year NBA career, 12,740 career points, and seven teams, sharing the floor with legends like Patrick Ewing, Alonzo Mourning, and Muggsy Bogues. But ask Johnny where he really learned to work, and he won't point to a locker room. He'll point home — to a father and a grandfather who were business owners, men who taught him that your name goes on everything you do.

Today that same drive lives in All In One. This isn't a company he simply bought into; it's a legacy he's carrying forward, honoring the father whose business — and whose lessons — made him who he is. Every account gets the standard Johnny brought to the court: show up, prepare, execute, and never leave anything half-done.
